Putting out your carts

• Have carts out by 7:00 AM on collection day.
• Place handles facing the house (away from the street) so the truck's arm can lift the cart.
• Keep the lid closed and leave about an arm's width between carts.

Recycling — single stream

All recyclables go in the blue cart together, unsorted: cardboard, paper, plastics, tin and aluminum. No need to separate.

Holiday collection

Triways collects on all holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Good Friday. On those weeks, pickup usually moves to the day before or after — watch for a notice.

Your carts

Carts are provided and stay with the property. Damaged carts from normal wear are replaced at no charge; a cart damaged through misuse is replaced at the owner's cost.
